This role includes mostly residential and some light commercial HVAC System Design work. Help design a system of equipment that will meet customers’ heating and cooling needs. Designing effective systems includes performing heat gain / loss calculations and piecing together appropriately sized and compatible components that meet customer needs.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Comfort Designer

As a professional HVAC Sales Associate / Home Comfort Designer, you are a key team member who proactively nurtures customer relationships and helps customers design an HVAC system that will meet their home comfort needs.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Available to go on two to three calls per day, including some weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability
• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Complete all necessary paperwork including agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes, and rebate forms.
• Lead generation activities include attending networking events, home shows, community events, and making outbound calls.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.

Benefits & Pay

The estimate pay for this position is $40,000 - $125,000 based on your sales performance. Previous knowledge of HVAC sales is preferred, but not required.
