What You'll Do
You'll support the People Services team with defined administrative, onboarding, scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering accurate, confidential, and timely People Services support
- Maintaining complete records, documentation, approvals, and followup
- Supporting employees and managers with clear communication and consistent processes
- Identifying and escalating compliance, payroll, staffing, or data risks
- Using feedback and data to improve service and employee experience
- Upholding CHS policies, confidentiality, safety, and compliance standards
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate professionally, maintain confidentiality, document work accurately, manage priorities, and exercise sound judgement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other systems required for the position, or the ability to learn them.
Pay
$17.50 to $20.00 per hour,
