Entry Level Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, have a strong understanding of digital platforms, and be eager to learn in the HVAC industry. As a marketing specialist, you will assist in promoting the company’s services, improving brand visibility, and driving customer engagement through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Content Creation: Help create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, website, and email newsletters. Work with the creative team to ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the HVAC industry. Share insights with the team to drive marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination: Support in organizing and promoting events, webinars, or local community outreach programs.
• SEO & Analytics: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines and using analytics tools to track campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback on social media and other platforms, assisting with customer inquiries and driving positive engagement.
• Campaign Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, providing insights on the effectiveness of campaigns, and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: No prior experience required, but internships or coursework related to marketing, communications, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Skills:
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, MailChimp, or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for marketing trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
• Interest or experience in the HVAC industry or similar technical fields.
