We are hiring our first field technician—a highly skilled HVAC professional who can lead service calls from day one, help train others, and play a foundational role in shaping our service department. This is a customer-facing, residential service role. You'll meet customers in their homes, complete repairs and maintenance, and discuss recommended solutions. Your Responsibilities as a Senior HVAC Service Technician
You will play a vital role in serving our clients through the highest-quality service and maintenance of their home HVAC systems. You will also play a leadership role in our service department as a mentor and example for future team members.
- Deliver world-class service: Provide an exceptional experience at every visit.
- Troubleshoot and maintain systems: Consult with customers, understand their concerns, and diagnose and repair issues correctly the first time.
- Advise on upgrades and service plans: Identify comfort and IAQ needs and offer expert recommendations.
What We Want From You
Experience
- 5–12 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and communication
- Comfortable with installs when needed
- Prior mentoring or training experience is a plus
- Experience with ServiceTitan is highly desirable
Certifications
- EPA 608 required
- NATE preferred
- Arizona experience is a major plus
Driving Requirements
- No more than two moving violations in the past three years
- No license suspensions in the past three years
- No more than one at-fault accident in the past three years
- No serious violations in the past three years (DUI/DWI, leaving the scene, reckless driving, assault)
Soft Skills

Benefits & Pay
Pay Range: $31.25–$42.00 per hour depending on experience and technical capability.
Performance Pay
- Commission on add-on services, maintenance agreements, and IAQ products
- Bonuses for replacement leads provided to sales/HCD
- Monthly KPI bonuses tied to satisfaction, close rate, and ticket average
- Stability Guarantee: Minimum of 32 paid hours per week during the first three months
