AireServ of Central Texas is seeking an inside sales professionals with a great attitude and work ethic. No prior industry knowledge is needed, as we can train you to know and understand the work that needs to be performed. Previous HVAC sales experience is a plus.
As an HVAC sales team member, you are responsible making outbound follow up calls on estimates from our service department as well as proactively generating sales leads all the while nurturing existing and new client relationships. You are responsible for completing follow up calls to clients whome we have recently been to ensuring they had a great experience.
You are a qualified candidate if you are a people person, self-motivated, and not afraid to meet new people.
You are a qualified candidate if you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn about or enhance your current knowledge of the HVAC industry.
You are a qualified candidate if you are a clean-cut person of good character without any felonies or DWIs and can pass random drug screens.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Learn our systems and follow our sales processes.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing clients
- Receive and make calls professionally and courteously.
- Complete all paperwork necessary.
- Lead generation activities to include attending networking events, home shows, and community events.
- Must live in the area or be willing to relocate.
