What You’ll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform system replacements and upgrades
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicle
- Complete job documentation accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For
- EPA/CFC Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
