Are you a licensed property manager who wants uncapped upside instead of a
capped salary? Aire Brokers LLC (an OnMLS real-estate company) is growing in
Hawaii and looking for an experienced, licensed property manager to build and
run a book of managed properties — on commission, with our leads, systems, and
back-office behind you.
This is a commission-based role built for someone who wants to own their income:
we supply the leads and the infrastructure; you bring the expertise and the
relationships, and you earn on every property and owner you bring on and manage.
Flexible and remote, with strong bonus opportunities as your portfolio grows.
What you'll do:
- Sign and manage landlords/owners and their properties in the Hawaii market
- Be the trusted point of contact owners rely on
- Use our systems and leads to grow a portfolio that pays you on results
- Keep operations tight: leasing, tenant relations, compliance
You're a great fit if you:
- Are a licensed property manager (HI license strongly preferred) with real experience
- Know local market norms and landlord/tenant compliance
- Are organized, owner-focused, and a strong communicator
- Want commission upside and the autonomy to build your own book
