Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, move-ins, and move-outs.
Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
Market vacant properties and secure qualified tenants.
Handle rent collection and financial reporting for assigned properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Requirements:
Active real estate or property management license in Hawaii (required).
Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with the Honolulu housing market.
