Aircraft & Commercial Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative individual to support data management, ERP system cleanup, website administration, digital marketing, and business development initiatives.
This position will play a key role in helping A.C.E. improve data accuracy following our ERP migration, strengthen our digital presence, maintain and expand our website, and support marketing efforts that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, technology, marketing platforms, and digital content creation while managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with cleanup and organization of data following ERP system migration.
Review, update, and maintain customer records, vendor records, contact information, part numbers, product descriptions, pricing records, manufacturer information, and inventory data.
Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records and help establish consistency across all company systems.
Standardize naming conventions, product information, and data formatting.
Assist with importing, exporting, and validating spreadsheets and data files.
Work with leadership and internal departments to improve reporting accuracy, data visibility, and overall system integrity.
Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
Maintain and update the A.C.E. website on an ongoing basis.
Add, edit, and organize product information, supplier pages, manufacturer information, landing pages, blogs, images, graphics, and company content.
Ensure website content remains accurate, professional, and aligned with current business initiatives.
Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts including keyword optimization, metadata updates, content development, and website structure improvements.
Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Work closely with leadership to support new product launches, supplier campaigns, and growth initiatives through website content.
Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns that support company growth and customer engagement.
Create and coordinate content for email marketing campaigns, supplier promotions, tradeshow marketing, product launches, company announcements, and business development initiatives.
Develop marketing materials including flyers, presentations, product spotlights, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, and promotional content.
Support lead generation efforts by maintaining marketing databases, organizing campaign information, and assisting with outreach initiatives.
Coordinate marketing projects with suppliers, sales teams, and leadership.
Help promote strategic product lines and supplier partnerships across Aerospace, Defense, Space, Rail, Transit, Industrial, and Commercial markets.
Track marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and professional presentation across all marketing channels.
Manage and maintain A.C.E.'s social media presence across relevant platforms.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, product highlights, supplier spotlights, company updates, employee recognition, event coverage, and industry-related content.
Schedule and publish content according to marketing calendars and company initiatives.
Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase visibility and brand awareness.
Coordinate photography, graphics, videos, and digital assets for use across marketing channels.
Perform high-volume, accurate data entry.
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems.
Assist with document organization, digital filing, and database maintenance.
Support sales reporting, quote tracking, marketing analytics, and operational initiatives.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across company systems and records.
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, content creation, website management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with marking software and content creation tools is strongly preferred, for example:
