Job Duties:
- Perform diagnostic, warranty, and service work on HVAC systems in newly constructed residential homes.
- Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality equipment under manufacturer and builder warranty guidelines.
- Respond to homeowner warranty requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and resolve airflow, temperature, drainage, and equipment performance issues.
- Inspect newly installed systems to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
- Document service calls, repairs performed, and warranty-related findings accurately.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, and internal teams regarding service needs and repair status.
- Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in occupied homes and residential communities.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a residential service HVAC tech
- High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
- EPA Universal license
- At least 5 years of experience in residential hvac service
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
- Able to pass a background check
