COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER

Job Duties:
- Oversee all phases of plumbing projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and execution
- Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and change orders to maintain profitability
- Supervise field teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, code compliance, and timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high safety and performance standards
- Lead project meetings and communication between office, field, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency
- Manage project closeout activities, including inspections, punch lists, and final documentation
Requirements:
- 3 years of Commercial Plumbing Project Management experience
- Journeyman or Masters plumbing license is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the industry
- School project management experience is a plus
- Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
