- Conform strictly to safety protocols and execute industry best practices.
- Oversee all contractual documents, updating change orders and progress reports rigorously.
- Impart your technical insights to the team, steering the project through from start to finish.
- Forge lasting connections with clients to foster satisfaction and secure future projects.
- An ideal candidate holds a degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- A background of at least 3 years in the commercial HVAC project arena.
- Proficiency in HVAC system intricacies from installation to regular maintenance.
- Experienced with project management software suites.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Managing multiple concurrent projects is second nature to you, with deadlines being met consistently.
- Possess an analytical mindset with unmatched attention to the finer details.
- Have a driver's license and the ability to travel as the role demands.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
