A day in this role
You kick off the morning reviewing submittals and drawings, clarifying scope with the GC, and coordinating with vendors so materials arrive when the crew needs them. Midday, you process RFIs and a change order, align field teams on safety and code requirements, and verify quality against specs. By afternoon, you’re checking progress against schedule and budget, then closing the loop with stakeholders to keep the project on track through completion.

What you’ll manage
- All phases of commercial plumbing construction projects—preconstruction through final completion
- Coordination with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive outcomes
- Review of drawings, specifications, and contract documents to confirm scope accuracy
- Submittals, RFIs, and change orders—review, processing, and tracking
- Safety, building codes, and company policies—full compliance on every site
- Experience in Commercial Plumbing Project Management or Assistant Project Management
- Journeyman or Masters plumbing license is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the commercial plumbing industry
- School project management experience is a plus
- A valid unrestricted Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
