Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting Individual to work with our day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen internal processes, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Maintain and improve general ledger accuracy within QuickBooks Desktop
- Ability to analyze financial statements (monthly and year-to-date)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and reporting
- Able to communicate with company's CPA regarding company financials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Sage Intacct
- Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, reporting, analysis)
- Proven ability to build and improve processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
