Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and service options
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, alignments, suspension work, and transmission repairs
- Upsell additional services and maintenance based on vehicle diagnostics and customer needs to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Manage service writing tasks accurately, including documenting vehicle issues, repairs performed, and parts used
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of automotive repair procedures, including diesel engine repair, air brake systems, shocks & struts, and auto diagnostics
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or prior auto service management background is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Familiarity with automotive systems such as transmissions, oil changes, brake systems, suspensions, alignments, tire services, diesel engines, shocks & struts, and auto body repair
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Experience in auto estimating software and service writing is a plus
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
