Air Temp Solutions is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join our team!

Job Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other residential heating and cooling equipment.
- Direct and support installation helpers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, thermostats, and related HVAC components.
- Perform system start-ups and verify proper equipment operation and performance.
- Ensure all installations meet applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management.
- Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and customers are satisfied with the finished work.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
- Previous leadership experience or the ability to lead an installation crew.
- Ability to read installation instructions, follow technical specifications, and complete jobs independently.
- EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a responsible driving record.
- Ability to lift and maneuver HVAC equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other challenging environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and committed to quality workmanship.
