Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Process and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Modify and create technical drawings in accordance with engineering standards
- Update and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product documentation and CAD models
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure proper release and implementation of changes
- Support continuous improvement in documentation and drafting processes
- 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Drafter, Engineering Technician, or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks)
- Familiarity with ECO processes and ERP systems (Epicor)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Associate degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
