Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HVAC Construction Service Technician located in Colorado Springs, CO. The individual will handle tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues, conducting routine maintenance and repairs,
Installing thermostat control wiring for HVAC and kitchen hood systems, as well as performing preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient system operation. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the service process, and adhering to safety regulations and EPA standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with Troubleshooting and identifying solutions for HVAC system issues
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and ability to perform regular Preventive Maintenance tasks
- Customer Satisfaction mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of and compliance with EPA standards and environmental safety guidelines
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently in on-site settings
- EPA Certification is required; additional certifications or HVAC licenses are a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC-related education is advantageous
- Prior experience in HVAC construction or service is a must
