Commercial Coordinator – Air Tahiti Nui (Los Angeles, CA)
The Commercial Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Air Tahiti Nui’s commercial operations across the Americas region. This position is essential in ensuring the successful execution of commercial strategies, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and managing critical vendor, partner, and contract relationships.

Primary responsibilities:

Contract Management:
- Oversee and manage contracts with commercial vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Ensure all contract terms and conditions are clear, compliant, and accurately executed.
Operational Support:
- Assist in the implementation of commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with different departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to facilitate seamless execution of commercial activities.
Vendor and Partner Coordination:
- Act as point of contact for vendors and partners, ensuring effective communication and resolution of commercial issues.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders to support business objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to support commercial strategy development.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of commercial projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Support the Vice President of the Americas in coordinating regional commercial activities.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and ensure the team is informed of changes.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to support their efforts in achieving revenue targets.
- Provide insights and coordination to align sales strategies with broader commercial goals.
Event and Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and aligned with commercial strategies.
Skills and Requirements: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in airline or travel industry (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

The anticipated salary range for this position will start 52,000/annually, and will depend on experience, qualifications, and skills.
