Commercial Paving & Coating, a Los Angeles (Glendale Area) based asphalt and concrete paving company, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator/ Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: AIA Schedule of Values (G703, G702), Time & Material Billing, Job Costing, Change Orders, Preliminary Notices
- Project Coordinator: Safety Plans, Cost Estimating, Scope of Work, Permits, Certificates of Insurance
- Data Entry
- Job Costing
Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, Highly proficient in Excel
- Previous experience in construction is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
Pay Rate: DOE
