HVAC Installer – Subcontractor (1099)
We are currently hiring experienced HVAC Install Subcontractors to support our growing workload. The counties we service are Marion, Lake, Sumter and Citrus.
Compensation:
- Starting at $650 per completed install
- Pay increases based on job scope, experience, and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Must provide your own tools and work vehicle
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
- Must be familiar with local building codes and code compliance requirements
- Ability to complete installations safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform complete HVAC system installations
- Ensure all work meets applicable building and mechanical codes
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Communicate effectively regarding job progress and completion
- Deliver quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
