Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare rough-ins and trims on new air conditioning and heating systems in residential new construction homes, being paid by Piece Rate.
Requirements:
- Must have standard tools
- Must have a valid Florida Driver's License
- Must pass a background check
- EPA Certification
- Mechanically Inclined
- Good problem solver
- Must have good communication skills, be professional and dependable.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Run copper and route PVC drain lines
- Braze and solder various metals to connect piping
- Duct work repairs if air flow problems arise
- Install mixing boxes, trunk lines, return air boxes and drops
- Read a duct & ventilation plan
- Miscellaneous HVAC tasks
