What You’ll Do:
🦈 Lead the Crew: Successfully manage and train HVAC Install Helpers to reach elite performance levels.
🦈 Expert Execution: Execute residential installations and ductwork according to city code and brand specifications.
🦈 Customer Education: Educate homeowners on the operation and health of their new systems post-install.
🦈 Quality Control: Maintain job-site cleanliness and adhere to strict safety protocols.
🦈 Professionalism: Represent Air Sharks as a technical expert and brand ambassador.
What We’re Looking For:
🦈 Experience: 3 years in a Lead Installer or similar residential role (Required).
🦈 Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of HVAC operational principles, ductwork, and safety practices.
🦈 Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, train, and manage a team under pressure.
🦈 Grit: Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs and navigating tight crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
🦈 Credentials: Valid CA Driver’s License and HVAC Certification (EPA Type II preferred).
🦈 Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a high level of customer service.
