Who YOU Are:

• An expert in HVAC with 10 years’ experience who is just as comfortable turning a wrench as managing a team of service technicians.
• Experienced in the residential market and a value add if experienced in the commercial market.
• Superb customer service skills including conflict resolution.
• Self motivated and takes initiative on daily tasks.
• A great communicator.

What YOUR Work Responsibilities Would Be:

• Manage the Service Technicians and work in conjunction with Dispatch and Parts to ensure the Service Department has everything at its disposal it needs.
• Manage overall team and individuals monthly/yearly numbers to ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Conduct frequent scheduled one on ones with each technician on your team to review KPIs, establish expectations and develop personal development plans.
• Review invoices and estimates to ensure all repairs are being addressed.
• Inspire those you work for and those you work with through excellent customer service, clear communication, and overall positivity.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies in our field.
• Build and grow the Service Department by educating the techs in your department through organized training, both technical and soft skills.
  
  

Where YOU Would Be Working:

• In our beautiful office/warehouse space in Frisco, TX
• In the field with technicians during scheduled ride-along.
  
  

When YOU Would Be Working:

• Typically, Monday through Friday business hours, but this is a salary position, so whenever duty calls (especially during Texas summers).
