Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Service Manager to join our team at Air Movers. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and train service staff to provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Oversee service writing processes, ensuring accurate documentation of services provided.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and manage repair workflows effectively.
• Monitor equipment diagnostics to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in service management or a similar role within the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians.
• Experience with service writing software is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
