BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are looking to add a bilingual receptionist/administrative assistant to assist our Service Department in Tampa. Potential employee must be well versed in both English and Spanish.
JOB DUTIES
- Answer all incoming calls
- Route incoming calls to appropriate staff.
- Issue Purchase Orders to Service Technicians
- Reach out to vendors for invoices by phone
- Work with vendor invoice portals
- Interact with Service Software Platform
- Upload Purchase Order Information
- Scan and File Documents as required
- Create customer folders
- Labeling and Filing of Service Department Needs
- Additional duties may be added as required to meet the demands of the office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with customers with good communications skills as required.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office and Outlook proficient.
- Capable of following written and verbal instructions and documented procedures.
- Team player who works productively with a wide range of professionals.
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Effective listening, verbal and written communications skills.
Education: High school diploma/GED preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position preferred.
Salary Negotiable Based Upon Experience
