We have an immediate opening for a motivated In-Home HVAC Sales Representative.

Hours: Full-time (avg. 40 hours/week). Some evenings and weekends required based on customer needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer comfort needs and provide effective solutions.
- Present proposals and close sales using our established sales system.
- Highlight the advantages of high-efficiency systems, accessory products, and current promotions.
- Generate quotes, manage follow-up, and guide customers through the buying process.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding service and communication.
- Keep up with the latest HVAC products and technology trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous sales experience preferred (HVAC/home services a plus)
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners in their residences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy and able to use tablets and company software
- Positive mindset and strong work ethic
