New Jersey's premier HVAC-Plumbing-Electrical company is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. A minimum of 6 years of experience is required. This position reports to our Service Manager and our ideal candidate must be flexible with overtime and weekend customer needs (voluntary). Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Requirements
- Six years of residential HVAC service and maintenance experience
- Completion of HVAC trade school program
- EPA 608 certification
- Ability to work independently on gas furnaces, hydronic boilers and A/C systems - including mini-splits
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturer and Air Group, LLC installation guides
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills - the ability to speak with customers professionally and respectfully
- Demonstrated ability to produce quality and consistent workmanship to avoid callbacks
- Ability to use technology tools to record and view job information/history
- Safety first mindset and the ability to keep an organized, clean workspace
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- US Citizen or Green card holder (no sponsorship is available now or in the future)
- OSHA10 training
