The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for TWO full-time Intelligence Specialists (GG-0132-13), to perform as Digital Network Exploitation Analysts, working at the 352nd Cyberspace Operations Squadron (COS), Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, with duties at the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS), Honolulu, Hawaii.
This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007.
Depending on the type of position (competitive/excepted) you are selected for, you will be required to serve a 1-year probationary period OR 2-year trial period.
Salary ($111,119 - $144,457) based on experience.
Relocation expenses may be paid.

Qualifications/Requirements
In this position you will serve as a senior technical and analytic authority for US Cyber Command’s (USCYBERCOM) Cyber Mission Forces (CMF) analysis and reporting of foreign computer exploitation capabilities directed against the United States. Conducts advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information. Produces formal and informal reports, briefings, and perspectives of the behavior of adversaries against target systems, technologies, operations, and missions to reflect accurate and timely information that provides the situational awareness necessary to combatant commanders to successfully plan and conduct future operations. The team employs all-source intelligence to identify, analyze, and report threats in support of USCYBERCOM and NSA/CSS Network Operations.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
This position is designated as a Drug Test Designated Position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a current “Top Secret” Security clearance with eligibility to gain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Incumbent may be subject to polygraph testing as an inherent primary requirement of their position and must be able to meet NSA personnel security requirements as outlined in current policy.

- Advanced Intelligence-related, or Professional/Scientific Degree - Previous Experience in Cyber and/or Intelligence Operations
- Knowledge of the full range of USCYBERCOM, NSA/CSS, and allied military DNI and CNO disciplines, methodologies, exploitation methods, techniques, and practices, and plans using multi-source intelligence information to capture and report intelligence information in a usable form that directly or indirectly affects national security; interprets policy and commits resources impacting CNO.
- Knowledge of the technology of NSA/CSS Hawaii operational systems capabilities, limitations, associated resources, and tasking.
- Knowledge of technology related to computers and digital networks, computer networking and ability to train others in this technology is required.
- Knowledge of the national intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, organizations, and mission/functions, inter-relationships and operations.
- Skill in conducting unbiased complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources, and producing collection requirement assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities in support of consumers, customers, and clients.
- Skill in writing clear and concise intelligence products and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes.
- Ability to maintain control of classified material, quickly assimilate disparate data, render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data, and make decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure based on mature judgment and experience and present and/or defend a position effectively. You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
