The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for Enterprise Information Technology Change/Transition Manager, GS-2210-13 at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, Illinois.
Salary Range: $109,137– $141,880 based on experience
Relocation incentive may be available

Qualifications/Requirements
The primary purpose of this position: To serve as a transition manager and cross-functional team leader responsible for transitioning Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) solutions and general oversite of an AF-level EIT Service solutions of all Air Force’s EIT Portfolios. Leads development and deployment of IT service request workflows within ServiceNow. These workflows establish how the Department of the Air Force (DAF) routes IT requests for approval and implementation from 850K users.
U.S. Citizenships Required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate Secret security clearance.
Drug Testing: This is a designated Drug Testing Position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Information Assurance certification within 6 months of assigned duties.
Knowledge of, a wide range of IT systems, principles, facilities, procedures, practices, and methodology, such as those found in Government and industry. (Enterprise IT Service Management (EITSM) system (ServiceNow).
Knowledge of IT systems management, oversight, performance management, and of hardware operation, configuration, policies, and procedures. Ensure effective asset management and EIT Service oversight is performed within the DAF EITSM system.
Knowledge of the process of requirements analysis, assessing capabilities of systems relative to established requirements and determining impacts to related/dependent systems.
Knowledge of trends in present and emerging, state-of-the-art of IT systems and programs.
