This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) position aligned under authorities of Section 1601, Chapter 83 of Title 10, United States Code and DoD Instruction 1400.25-V2007.
In the position, you will serve as a first-level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over cyber mission forces non-supervisory personnel. Position provides guidance to and oversight of Operations Intelligence and Analysis & Production missions assigned to Combat Mission Teams (CMT) and Combat Support Teams (CST) in support of United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Cyber Mission Forces (CMF) and JFHQ-C (AF) mission. Position provides/enables integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to collect, process, exploit, and disseminate (PED) accurate and timely information that provides the battle space awareness necessary to combatant commanders and other customers to successfully plan and conduct cyberspace operations.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- A non-disclosure agreement must be signed
- This position is designated by the Air Force as a testing designated position under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program and is subject to random drug testing
- Comprehensive knowledge of USCYBERCOM CMF and JFHQ-C (AF) missions; cyberspace exploitation operations theory, doctrine, systems, concepts and methodologies. Extensive knowledge of multi-intelligence (i.e., SIGINT, OSINT, HUMINT, etc.), information warfare, targeting authorities, laws, and regulations.
- Knowledge of safety, physical security, and information security regulations, practices, and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of advanced intelligence collection, analysis, production, dissemination principles, concepts, and methods; to include an in-depth knowledge of Joint Staff, USCYBERCOM, and COCOM guidance and processes spanning CEO, ISR and IW realms.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a small to medium sized A&P Intel/Ops Intel element within the JFHQ-C (AF), and provide guidance and oversight of mission efforts across subordinate CMT or CST.
- Desired Experience: SIGINT, USCC, USCYBERCOM, NSA, JFHQ, Joint Planning (JP) 5-0, Network Analysis (NETA)
- Desired Education: An advanced intelligence-related or professional/scientific degree.
