Location: Sequim, WA

Compensation: Base Salary Commission | First-Year Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly | Top Performers: $100,000

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional weekend work may be necessary)

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs
• Recommend HVAC solutions that best fit each customer's home and budget
• Prepare estimates and present proposals
• Build trust through professional, consultative sales
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required-we're willing to train the right person
• HVAC, home services, or in-home sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
