CSR / Scheduler
Location: Sequim, WA Pay: $23-$28 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: 40 hours weekly | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of customer service, scheduling, or office support experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- HVAC industry experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person

Your Day-to-Day
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
- Schedule appointments and coordinate technician routes
- Communicate schedule updates and appointment details
- Enter job information and maintain accurate records
- Support the office with administrative and customer follow-up tasks
