Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technician for a full-time, hybrid role based in Amarillo, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Technician will perform equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of air compressors, generators, light towers, and air tools. This role involves conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring effective operation of equipment. Technicians will also keep accurate maintenance records, communicate effectively with clients on repairs, and provide professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of air compressors, generators, light towers, and related tools.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping skills, and ability to document maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Effective communication and customer service skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to clients.
- Familiarity with equipment rental processes and knowledge of industry-related machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications or relevant coursework are preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel locally as needed.
- Previous experience as a technician in a similar field is highly desirable.
