To put it simply, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our Sales Consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle so all our clients have to do is fly!

ACS is a rapidly growing company, generating over $1 billion in revenue and arranging more than 30,000 charter flights annually.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
You will be a part of a collaborative sales team arranging group charters for elite clients! From professional sports teams, to music tours, to corporate groups and destination weddings.
- Act as the liaison between brokers, airlines, clients and suppliers
- Preparing flight briefs for clients
- Ensuring proper handover to brokers, airlines and operations
- Overseeing flight departures and flight riding on board charters
- Accurate data entry, logging of flight times
- Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues
- Complete flight documents for confirmed charters
- Updating the customers and brokers on the progress of the flight when necessary
- Resolving problems when necessary in the pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed

- Previous aviation experience is a plus!
- Previous experience in a sales support and/or administrative role
