• Build meaningful relationships with clients, operators, and colleagues across our global network
• Grow your own portfolio of clients through networking, prospecting, and business development
• Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and face-to-face meetings
• Learn the private aviation industry from industry experts and become a trusted resource for your clients
• Manage charter requests from initial inquiry through to successful flight completion 24/7
• Work towards ambitious sales goals in a fast-paced, highly rewarding environment

• Monitor charter flights and ensure every detail is executed seamlessly

PAY AND BENEFITS

• Base salary: $55,000K USD 10% uncapped commission
• 20 days of PTO for each year plus paid sick time
