We’re Hiring: Territory Sales Representative (Base - Columbus, Ohio)
Are you passionate about building strong partnerships, driving market growth, and representing a brand in the field? We’re looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow and strengthen our presence across Ohio.
About the Role
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will take ownership of a defined region – driving customer engagement, strengthening retail relationships, and ensuring execution excellence across retail and trade channels. You’ll play a key role in influencing sales performance through brand advocacy, strategic planning, and hands-on field support.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and trade partners
- Expand market coverage by identifying new opportunities and opening new accounts
- Execute merchandising, product placement, and promotional displays
- Conduct regular field visits (60–75 stores per week) to drive visibility and sales
- Educate store owners and staff to increase product awareness and sell-through
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and territory performance
- Use CRM tools and sales data to track performance and optimize strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams
- Provide regular reporting and insights to support business growth
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in field sales, territory management, or CPG environments
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Strategic and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Tech-savvy with CRM or sales tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Based in or willing to relocate to Columbus, Ohio
Preferred:
- Experience in tobacco, nicotine, vape, or adjacent industries
- Background in CPG or DSD environments (beverage, snack, convenience)
