We’re Hiring: Territory Manager
Are you passionate about building strong partnerships, driving market growth, and being the face of a brand in the field? We’re looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Trade team and help expand our presence across key markets such as Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa Bay Area.
About the Role
As a Territory Manager, you will take ownership of a defined region - driving customer engagement, strengthening trade relationships, and ensuring execution excellence across distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. You’ll play a key role in influencing sales performance through brand advocacy, strategic planning, and hands-on field support.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, distributors, and retailers
- Expand market coverage by identifying new opportunities and closing channel gaps
- Execute trade programs, promotions, and product placements across your territory
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance
- Represent the brand through training sessions, activations, and partner engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade, Marketing, and Logistics teams
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, territory management or channel support in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Strategic and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Tech-savvy with CRM or trade execution tools
- Open to travel (30–40%) within your assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
- Multilingual skills (Arabic, Urdu/Hindi, Spanish) are a plus
