Mid-level Employment Litigation Associate

Our client, a nationally recognized management-side labor & employment firm, is seeking a mid-level litigation associate (3 years) to join its Denver office. This is a strong opportunity for an employment litigator looking to grow their practice under the mentorship of experienced partners in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Work On:

• Handling employment litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Drafting and responding to pleadings

• Managing written discovery and taking depositions

• Preparing and arguing motions

• Participating in mediations

• Advising clients on day-to-day employment issues

• Drafting and revising employee handbooks and conducting workplace trainings

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of employment litigation experience

• Demonstrated familiarity with federal and state employment laws

• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• Colorado Bar admission required

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
