About the Opportunity
A highly respected boutique law firm focused on employment and complex business litigation is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting attorneys in all phases of employment-related disputes, including wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, and workplace investigations. Key Responsibilities

Provide litigation support throughout all stages of employment cases—from intake through trial or arbitration

Draft, review, and organize discovery materials, pleadings, and motions

Manage case files, calendars, and critical deadlines

Conduct factual and legal research; prepare summaries, timelines, and case analyses

Assist with deposition preparation, witness binders, and trial exhibits

Coordinate with clients, experts, and third parties

Handle state and federal court filings and manage document production
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with a strong focus on employment law matters

Thorough knowledge of California and federal employment litigation procedures

Experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and discrimination or harassment cases is highly preferred

Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills

Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
Compensation:
Competitive salary range ($95K – $130K, depending on experience) plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
