Corporate Commercial Transactions Associate

Our client, a well-regarded national law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (3–4 years) to join its Corporate, Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing practice in Dallas. This team is highly specialized, advising on complex, high-value transactions within the aviation industry, including work for some of the world’s largest airlines.

What You’ll Work On:

• Supporting complex corporate and commercial transactions

• Drafting and negotiating transactional agreements

• Assisting with large-scale, industry-specific deals in the aviation space

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on sophisticated client matters

• Working directly with clients and internal stakeholders on transaction execution

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years of experience in corporate or commercial transactional work

• Background in a sophisticated law firm or in-house environment preferred

• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced transactional setting

• Familiarity with large-scale deal structures and timelines

• Aviation industry experience is a plus but not required
