Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters across both state and federal courts while taking on significant responsibility and direct client interaction.
What You’ll Work On:
- Handling complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
- Litigating sophisticated disputes, including antitrust and class action matters
- Managing discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Drafting briefs, pleadings, and other court filings
- Participating in hearings, court appearances, and trial preparation
- Working directly with clients and litigation teams on case strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong state and federal court litigation experience
- Background handling sophisticated commercial disputes, including class actions or antitrust matters preferred
- Ability to independently advance and manage cases
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Strong academic credentials
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar admission required
- Admission to the Southern District of Florida preferred
