Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys to join its Albuquerque office. The opportunity spans a broad range of defense litigation matters, with particular interest in attorneys with experience in employment, construction, personal injury defense, and other areas of civil litigation.

What You'll Work On:

• Handling a diverse caseload of civil defense litigation matters
• Managing cases through various stages of litigation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• Managing written discovery and conducting legal research
• Taking and defending depositions
• Developing case strategy alongside experienced litigators
• Preparing for hearings, mediations, and trial
• Working directly with clients throughout the litigation process

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of civil litigation experience preferred, with other experience levels considered
• Defense litigation experience
• Experience in employment, construction, personal injury defense, or other civil litigation areas
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and persuasive communication skills
• Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Strong academic credentials
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
