Associate Attorney

A well-established and respected civil litigation firm with over four decades of success is seeking a Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm is recognized for its expertise in construction defect and casualty litigation, representing top-tier developers and general contractors in high-stakes cases.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, remote/hybrid position for candidates based in or near Las Vegas. While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-person collaboration may be required. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator with a strong background in civil defense work and a desire to work in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and discovery documents

• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations

• Advise clients and insurers throughout the litigation process

• Prepare cases for trial and manage litigation strategy

• Conduct witness interviews and depositions

• Collaborate with partners and other team members on case strategy

Qualifications:

• 5 years of civil litigation experience

• Strong background in construction defect and/or casualty claims preferred

• Proven ability to handle motions, court appearances, and depositions

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar

• Highly organized with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
