A well-established and respected civil litigation firm with over four decades of success is seeking a Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm is recognized for its expertise in construction defect and casualty litigation, representing top-tier developers and general contractors in high-stakes cases.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, remote/hybrid position for candidates based in or near Las Vegas. While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-person collaboration may be required. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator with a strong background in civil defense work and a desire to work in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and discovery documents

Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations

Advise clients and insurers throughout the litigation process

Prepare cases for trial and manage litigation strategy

Conduct witness interviews and depositions

Collaborate with partners and other team members on case strategy
Qualifications:

5 years of civil litigation experience

Strong background in construction defect and/or casualty claims preferred

Proven ability to handle motions, court appearances, and depositions

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Must be licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar

Highly organized with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
