✨ What You’ll Do
- Manage your own caseload from initial strategy session through case resolution
- Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
- Meet billable requirements and track time in CLIO
- Follow established protocols for case review, court prep, and strategy documentation
- Oversee and approve all paralegal work prior to filing
- Prepare witnesses and experts for hearings
- Respond to client communications within 48 business hours
- Maintain CLE requirements and active good standing with the CA Bar
- Collaborate with junior associates and cross‑functional team members
