The firm represents companies operating in energy, infrastructure, utilities, and related industries, providing practical, business-focused legal solutions in both the courtroom and the boardroom. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned litigator with substantial experience in eminent domain, land-use disputes, and complex commercial litigation.
OVERVIEW
- Develop and execute litigation strategies in eminent domain and commercial disputes
- Handle all phases of the condemnation process, including survey access, negotiation of initial and final offers, commissioners’ hearings, and court proceedings
- Manage right-to-take challenges and damages litigation
- Represent clients in complex, multi-party and multi-district litigation
- Provide strategic counseling to energy, pipeline, and utility clients
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 7 years of litigation experience

Significant experience in eminent domain and land-use litigation

Experience representing condemning authorities throughout the condemnation process

Strong background in complex commercial litigation

Ability to independently manage high-stakes matters and client relationships

Excellent analytical, strategic, and advocacy skills
