What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. Estimator position at AIOCG?
All In One Construction Group LLC (AIOCG) is a fast growing commercial roofing company in the Tri-State area from Ct, NY, NJ, Ma, RI, we are looking for a person who can help with blueprint take-off, locate specification, contact architect, or General Contractor, and building owners.
Responsibilities:
- Finding Blueprint
- Contacting Architect, Builder or Building owner
- Data input for our cloud software.
- Take-off and measurements of Blueprints
- Input to Excel work books
- Preparing pricing for contract
- General office support
This position is an entry level position in our estimating/ sales department and will support and assist directly with our business development manager, the person must know Excel, Word, and must have knowledge of the building industry, knowledge of mac a plus, the person must be comfortable in a small office environment. AIOCG will train a person who already has knowledge of building industry. This position will have an upside for all new projects brought in to the company, we are looking for someone who is very outgoing also very comfortable dealing with people in the construction industry, able to talk confidently on the phone, this will be a full time position from our local office in Wilton, Connecticut.
Pay: $18 an hour.
Hours: 8 am - 4 pm.
