What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Creator position at AIO App Inc?
About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Creator (Part-Time) to capture the vibrant and authentic stories behind our partner restaurants. From mouthwatering food shots to behind-the-scenes glimpses of the kitchen and customer experiences, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling content that brings each restaurant’s identity to life across digital platforms.
What will be your responsibilities?
• Capture high-quality food photography that highlights presentation and appeal.
• Shoot interior and exterior visuals to showcase ambiance and aesthetics.
• Record behind-the-scenes content including kitchen, bar, staff preparation, etc.
• Conduct and film restaurant owner testimonials for branding and trust-building.
• Record customer testimonials and dining experiences for social proof.
• Capture vertical and horizontal content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Website.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with Growth Experts and the Performance Marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
• Organize and submit raw files and edited versions in a timely manner.
• Develop or contribute to content for AIO modules, landing pages, and restaurant profiles.
• Support ad-hoc content needs, including festive promotions, seasonal shoots, new launches, and more.
• Remain agile to cover unplanned but timely content requirements that may arise.
What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
• Proven experience in content creation, videography, and photography, ideally in the F&B space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing food, people, and environment-based content.
• Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, and Canva.
• Comfortable using professional camera gear or high-end mobile camera setups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting on-site interviews.
• Ability to travel to multiple restaurant locations as needed.
• Passion for storytelling and the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage tight schedules.
• Creative eye for detail and composition.
• Familiarity with social media trends, especially within the food and hospitality space.
Required Experience and Educational Background:
• Proven hands-on experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work.
