Job Summary:
The GDI Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member to be responsible for operating multiple types of heavy equipment including Moto-graders, Backhoes, Grading and Mowing Tractors, Blower Trucks, Sweepers, Skid steers, & Water Trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and reporting them.
- Completion of electronic or paper-based records of maintenance tasks and work orders.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Minimum 10 years experience preferred
- Level 02 Motograder certification required
- Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing faulty parts
