We are seeking a dedicated, ambitious, and agile Inside Sales Representative. To join our team and help drive growth across our business units. This role will focus on managing inbound inquiries, nurturing customer relationships, supporting our outside sales team, and helping to expand our radar product reach in the market.
Responsibilities
- Partner with other sales leaders in the development and execution of orders
- Develop and maintain effective internal/external relationships with key business partners
- Respond to customer calls and emails to ensure requests are handled accurately and promptly
- Process/follow up with customer requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Communicate internally with Order Analysts, Production, Finance, Sales, Shipping, Warehouse and any other associates needed to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management as requested
- Attend meetings, tradeshows and training sessions as required
- Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, inventory availability, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed; recommend replacement products or additional items as necessary
- Follow up on shipping errors or damaged product and complete discrepancy reports
- Accurately enter and process customer orders and RMAs, ensuring details align with purchase orders and internal records, and communicate any discrepancies or status updates to customers promptly
- Monitor customer and partner orders to ensure all terms are met in accordance with signed agreements, helping maintain strong business relationships and contract compliance
- Assist the sales team and management in maintaining and managing customer and supplier portals, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, updates, and communication
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (B2B preferred).
- Technical aptitude or experience in technology, electronics, or engineering-related products is a plus.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative small-company environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred).
